Our Story

Aude was born from the first-hand frustrations of our founders, Keith Jia and Siva Dosapati. They previously served as engineering leaders at companies like Amazon, Microsoft, and Meta. While leading their teams, they continuously grappled with a persistent challenge: how to provide meaningful, data-driven feedback to their teams.

Keith and Siva encountered a common challenge while leading their teams: conventional performance management processes were cumbersome, subjective, and lacked transparency. Documenting achievements, justifying promotions, and determining compensation adjustments was a manual, time-consuming task that involved retrieving data from various sources.

Driven by the need for a more objective and comprehensive performance management system, envisioned a solution that could provide a clear, AI-powered snapshot of an individual’s performance. This solution would be data-driven, visible to all stakeholders, and aligned with established goals.  

With Aude, the subjective narratives of the past give way to frequent, transparent, data-driven insights. Employees gain visibility into their achievements, trajectories, and trends over time. Managers can leverage this foundation to provide focused, evidence-based feedback while streamlining processes like performance reviews, promotions, and compensation decisions.
